Summary0000086: SetPyRosettaEnvironment.sh must be sourced from within the PyRosetta directory
DescriptionIn order to set up the requisite environment variables, you must source SetPyRosettaEnvironment.sh. However, this must be done from within the PyRosetta directory, which makes this a confusing step for users.
Steps To Reproducecd ~
source path/to/pyrosetta/SetPyRosettaEnvironment.sh
echo $PYROSETTA

compare with

cd path/to/pyrosetta
source SetPyRosettaEnvironment.sh
echo $PYROSETTA
TagsNo tags attached.

 Problem seems to appear only when script got run from zsh like shells... confirming.
