| Summary | 0000083: UBQ_* refactor into protocols |
| Description | UBQ_E2_thioester and siblings (apps/public/scenarios/chemically_conjugated_docking) need to be refactored out of apps into protocols; also their shared logic needs to be actually shared instead of duplicated whenever possible. Other improvements include:
*Subnamespacing the two_ubiquitins mode options
*extracting options and using getter/setters and a dedicated option reading function
*disusing the AnchoredDesign options for cycle counts and growing own options |
