Summary | 0000082: UBQ_E2_thioester -two_ubiquitins cannot handle c-terminal lysine on second ubiquitin |
Description | UBQ_E2_thioester -two_ubiquitins cannot handle c-terminal lysine on the second "ubiquitin" (which in this particular case is a peptide anyway). It was written to work with the connecting lysine nonterminal in its chain, something goes horribly wrong when it is C-terminal. Joe (hajosep) has error files and will post them eventually. |
