Summary0000065: Incorrect documentation of RigidBodyPerturbMover in PyRosetta Docking Workshop (# 7)
DescriptionDocumentation states:
"However, for structure prediction calculations, we have a mover that is preconfigured to make
random movements of set magnitudes (in this case, 3 Å translation and 8° rotation):
pert_mover = RigidBodyPerturbMover(jump_num, 3, 8)"

However, this is actually a 3 degree rotation and an 8 angstrom translation.

 The documentation for PyRosetta has been corrected and will be uploaded shortly. thanks for the catch!

However, there is still an issue that needs to be resolved (0000066). If the community decides to switch the code for RigidBodyPerturbMover(), please let me know so that I can change the documentation back.
