@/home/kimdn/rosetta/demos/public/fragment_picker/QuotaProtocol

2jsvX.homolog_vall is defined with '2jsvX 2qmtA'

But tracer spits
"protocols.frag_picker.FragmentPicker: Excluded PDBs:

2jsvX"

While when I defined 2jsvX.homolog_vall as
'2jsvX
2qmtA'
tracer spits
"protocols.frag_picker.FragmentPicker: Excluded PDBs:

2jsvX 2qmtA 2qmt_"
which looks correct.

So I think that the homo file should be modified as the latter case.
