| Summary | 0000287: Consecutive modified termini result in errors. |
| Description | Attempting to load/score a pose with chain 1 being c-terminally modified with C-methylamidation and chain 2 N-terminally modified with acetylation results in a free(): invalid pointer error. |
| Steps To Reproduce | Run:
score_jd2.linuxgccrelease -s NCmodification.pdb -out:pdb -overwrite -in:Ntermini B -in:Ctermini A
Doing the same with NCmodification_flip.pdb, which is the same but simply with the A and B chains flipped in order (but not renamed) does not result in this error. |
