Summary | 0000275: BackrubDD doesn't handle non-dimers very well. |
Description | BackrubDD has options to control partner1/partner2 backrubbing, but this only works for the two chain complex. If there are more than two chains (e.g. a dimer of dimers) you don't have the same control as a two-chain dimer. |
