| Summary | 0000025: -kill_hairpins file not backward compatable with regular PSIPRED format |
| Description | r43307 ( https://svn.rosettacommons.org/trac/changeset/43307 [^] ) introduced a change in the -kill_hairpins file format which made it so that the previous behavior (which was able to take a standard PSIPRED format file) no longer works.
This caused the behavior to change between 3.3 and 3.4
The file input handler should be changed such that a standard PSIPRED format file is allowed, and has the same behavior as it did in 3.3 |
