| Summary | 0000244: minirosetta app incorrectly uses -out:user_tag option |
| Description | Various apps read the -out:user_tag option differently. For example, minirosetta adds the value of the option to the structure/description tag, whereas rosetta_scripts adds it as a new field in the score/silent file. Since the -out:prefix and -out:suffix options already take care of appending data to the structure tag, the minirosetta app should be changed to mimic rosetta_scripts (per Mike Tyka) |
