Summary | 0000239: rna_rosetta_ready_set.py does not alter protein hydrogen names for consistency |
Description | rna_rosetta_ready_set.py was altered to allow protein via -rna_prot_erraser, but it does not rename hydrogens for protein residues. This means Rosetta ignores and recreates those hydrogens, which will have deleterious downstream effects. |
Additional Information | Ideally we'll just fix the hydrogen names in the parameters files in the long term...in the short term this is probably worth patching |
