Summary0000208: ERRASER should be in rosetta proper, not rosetta_tools (wherever the python "source" is)
DescriptionERRASER currently lives in rosetta_tools, but it is fairly tightly linked to the code (multiple rosetta C++ command lines are spawned) and not large, so it should probably migrate to rosetta_source
