Description

A fair number of commits from the PHENIX workshop need further consideration to check that they don't break anything:

54210 - revert debug - this is bug 0000204
54211 - probably OK, comment CA for protein
54212 - this hax wrap for protein
54214 - carefully examine all changes, probably comment wrappers, definitely fix Fang attrbs, couts for TRs
54217 - carefully examine all changes, probably comment wrappers, definitely fix Fang attrbs
54218 - carefully examine all changes, probably comment wrappers
54230 - at the very least, a commentary block explaining where the changes came from - this is bug 0000205
54231 - no changes
54234 - wrap changes to pdb2fasta (?)
