| Summary | 0000163: RotateJumpAxisMover assumes atom-to-atom jumps and crashes uninformatively otherwise |
| Description | Brian Kuhlman discovered that RotateJumpAxisMover only works if the rotating jump was defined as an atom-to-atom Jump - the upstream_atom and downstream_atom fields must be defined in the underlying Edge class, or blank strings are returned and atom lookup crashes.
Solution: query AtomTree for which atoms are connected if FoldTree if uninformative? Just guess based on first atom in residue? |
