| Summary | 0000145: -loops:input_pdb is deprecated in loopmodel app after switch to JD2 |
| Description | Since loopmodel has been switched to JD2, the input pdb is provided using the -s flag instead of the former -loops:input_pdb. However, when one still uses the old flag, there is no warning/error message that the flag is deprecated and that -s should be used instead.
Also the documentation should be updated to reflect this change in pdb input. |
