Summary | 0000136: InterfaceAnalyzer's pymol selections do not handle insertion codes |
Description | If you run InterfaceAnalyzer on a PDB containing insertion codes, the pymol-selection formatted output does not handle insertion codes, so you'll get weird and debatably incorrect results like this:
(notice 99 occurs thrice in the first chain)
