Summary | 0000126: ResidueConnection bug causes cart_bonded to crash on 1aye |
Description | refer to https://carbon.structbio.vanderbilt.edu/mantisbt/view.php?id=124 [^] for full details
I was able to resolve this issue by changing the zero occupancy field of the Nterm LEU backbone nitrogen from 0.00 to 1.00. Looks like Rosetta creates a residue connection and then throws out the residue because only 2 of 3 backbone atoms are defined. |
Steps To Reproduce | follow procedure outlined in bug 124 (https://carbon.structbio.vanderbilt.edu/mantisbt/view.php?id=124 [^]) |
