| Summary | 0000011: Constraints can't handle insertion codes. |
| Description | While ConstraintIO::parse_residue() is able to take PDB numbering if residues are entered like "4B", where B is the chain, it does not have the ability to handle PDB numbering where the residue has an insertion code. |
