| Summary | 0000352: Residue updater functions should mention that functions on Pose objects are preferred. | ||||
| Description | From forum question: https://www.rosettacommons.org/node/3810 [^] Using Residue::set_chi() doesn't trigger changes in Pose regarding conformation updates, which means scoring doesn't get updated. Doxygen function documentation for this and other similar functions should mention that Pose-associated functions ( like Pose::set_chi() ) are to be preferred for use with residues within a Pose, rather than something like pose.residue(3).set_chi(1,120.0) | ||||
