Summary0000211: integration tests of python-level ERRASER
Descriptionthere are itests for the C++ parts of ERRASER (great!) but we should have tests for the python portions too, particularly parallel tests of an RNA/protein pose with and without protein flags present

Note: the python-level ERRASER makes system calls to PHENIX (?) - so perhaps a global integration test is impossible. They're also a little long. Maybe a setup like the database stuff that only runs properly if the right libraries are installed?
