| Summary | 0000161: Fixbb really should have a protocol-level mover |
| Description | The fixbb application currently uses PackRotamersMover directly, with some optional setup or pre-/ post- steps using SequenceMover. It should have its own protocol level movers to allow fancier setup; this would trivialize bugs like 0000160 (fixbb needs favor native residue). |
