| Description | When initial loop closure fails, there should be no outputting of any result structure, but after the switch to JD2, a structure is output anyways: protocols.loop_build.LoopBuildMover: Initial kinematic closure failed. Not outputting. protocols.jd2.JobDistributor: construct_N5_0001 reported success in 17 seconds protocols.jd2.JobDistributor: no more batches to process... protocols.jd2.JobDistributor: 1 jobs considered, 1 jobs attempted in 17 seconds | ||||
