| Description | The logic in the BinarySilentFile silent file format to detect residue type set is convoluted and fragile. r47139 shows that it is not enough to detect the residue type set from the number of atoms in residues. Instead, the residue type set should be included as part of the silent file format, defaulting to fullatom when not specified. | ||||
